- Sales Manager : Experienced persons with good market network
- Sales Executive : Experienced in Sales in Agrochemical Sector
- Field Assistant : Experienced in Agricultural practices and good contact with farmers
- Accountants : Good knowledge accounts and Tally 9 software
- Chemists : Msc , Bsc Chemistry with knowledge of analytical chemistry , operation of AAS Automatic Absorption Spectrophotometer , GC , HPLC is an added advantage
- Electrician : Good knowledge of electric fitting , 3 phase wiring and motors maintenance
